Defender Discord Bot — Terms of Service

This document outlines the Terms of Service (“TOS”) for the Defender Discord bot (“Bot”), maintained and operated by OneMightyArc (“Bot Owner”). By using Defender, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Bot immediately.

1. General Use

Defender is designed to assist in moderation and protection of Discord communities. Use of this Bot must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.​

By using Defender, you acknowledge that use of the Bot in your server grants it permissions necessary to perform moderation, logging, or related functions.

2. Data Collection and Use

Defender may store limited data for the purpose of maintaining server integrity, moderation logs, and abuse prevention.

Data stored may include:

Server IDs and channel IDs for configuration

User IDs related to moderation actions

Message or event logs tied to moderation features

These records allow Defender to function securely and consistently across restarts or crashes and support the protection of servers from spam or abuse.​

Defender does not sell or share stored data with third parties.

All data is stored securely and only used to maintain moderation integrity.​

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Data may be retained for as long as necessary to ensure the proper functioning and protection of servers.

However, users or server administrators may request deletion of data by contacting

admin@euphoriamc.online.

Upon verification, stored data associated with your user ID or server will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Defender to:

Violate Discord’s Terms or applicable laws.

Harass, spam, or abuse individuals or communities.

Log private messages, personal data, or content unrelated to server moderation.

Circumvent moderation systems on any Discord server.

5. Liability

The Bot Owner is not responsible for any damages or data loss resulting from the use, malfunction, or discontinuation of Defender.

Use of the Bot is at your own risk.

6. Modifications

The Bot Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Defender after changes implies acceptance of revised terms.

7. Termination

The Bot Owner may disable or restrict the Bot’s functionality for any user or server violating these Terms.
